Blizzard beta test program

Hell I was on today and people were asking how they could upgrade their gear and stuff. All stuff they could have done in 9. Sadly, too few people actually play it to help the product be better, and that is a problem Blizzard needs to try to solve. How is a specific area responding to a ton of people in it. Well, I guess there is a third thing… Free marketing. If they can get social media influencers to play the test environment then they will be sharing it to all of the followers of those influencers.

Right, to be clear, bugs are fixed because they are being noticed via people playing the game on these realms. The more people playing, the more people doing things that might alert the team to bugs or other things that need to be fixed. Its not about reading anything in this case.

Well the answer to that is not enough people testing the variety of scenarios that would be being done once the content goes live. They do both, like I said. Its successful, but as the game grows larger and larger, there appear to be great diminishing returns. They need to find a way to make it more interesting for people. If a public beta does happen, it would most likely kick off in February or March.
