Along with the programs and enhancements the service that has been provided is one of the highpoints of Vision Perfect. I have been able to contact the technical team, especially Bruce Darby, at all hours and weekends and receive a response in a very respectable amount of time.
I would also like to add that Austin on almost a monthly basis gives us a courtesy call to see if everything is alright or if there are any issues. If you are considering Vision Perfect I would be happy to speak with you and explain why they are the 1 Tournament Software package.

I was able to put events together in a fraction of the time! I introduced Vision perfect to my staff and membership for our events and again the response was fantastic!
Then in I took a new job as Director of golf at Marrakesh Country Club, again I brought Vision Perfect with me and again the response was amazing from my staff and membership. Options exist for blinds, byes, forfeits, postponements or splits. Postponements allow you to score a match between two teams at a later date. Auto-tab scoring is also available.
Round reports will show both summary and detail information. Options exist to include low gross, low net, closest to pin, long drive and long putt. You can add a skins game, a birdie game and a net score game to your report if desired. A standings report will show accumulated points. Other reports include player handicaps, scheduled pairings, league schedule, player roster, team roster and score history by player. League rules can also be added to your program.
Captain and Member Logins. An option exists to allow league members to log in and view the reports mentioned above. They can also view any announcements on the home page as posted by the administrator or designee. The member login only allows for viewing reports.
They are not able to change any information. A separate captain login is available if the league administrator may wish to identify one or more individuals to act as a back-up. Our Scramble League program works similar to the League program but in a scramble format. Two or four player teams may be formed. To register for a no obligation, no cost, four week trial of our League program or Scramble program, click on "Register" above. The Game program differs from the league program in that any number of players or teams can play at any time.
Finally, if all 3 players tie, then each player receives 3 points. For an hole round there's a total of points available. Typically the game is played for money for a certain amount per point. For a low money game The Callaway scoring system is great for single round tournaments when you don't have handicaps for your players.
Handicaps are determined based on the scores the player shoots that day, and a number of "worst holes" are dropped from the total. This kind of system rewards the player who is the most consistent.
