The applicant understands and must agree to at the time of application, that the subject fifty 50 or more contiguous acres of land are open to public hunting and trapping and shall remain open to public hunting and trapping during the entire license year July 1 to June 30 for which the Landowners Antlerless Deer license is issued.

This license is available to both residents and nonresidents. If the qualifying acreage is located within a county with two or more wildlife management units, the applicant selects the management unit he or she desires.
