Instead of clicking on quick parts and going to File, just click on Document Info and select File Path from the drop-down options. This is how I have always done it. I wish there was an easier way to have it automatically update the File Path if the document moves locations! Great explanation but such a tedious, time consuming process. Do the developers at Microsoft not think that it would be helpful were there a more streamlined and quicker way of inserting a path at the bottom of a document?

For example, email templates saved in a word document could have Next Review and Revision: Once this revision had been done, the date could be replaced by a new one, one year in advance.
